    The purpose of industrial robot management and maintenance is to reduce the robot's failure rate and downtime, make full use of the robot's production factors, and maximize production efficiency. The management and maintenance of the robot is particularly important in the production of the enterprise, which directly affects the life of the system and must be carefully maintained. The maintenance and maintenance of industrial robots mainly include general maintenance and routine maintenance. Routine maintenance is divided into the maintenance of the control cabinet and the maintenance of the robot's body system. General maintenance refers to the robot operator before starting to check the equipment, confirm the integrity of the equipment and robot position of the origin; pay attention to operation of the robot in the working process, including oil standard, level, pressure, meter indication signal and safety device; after cleaning up the scene, cleaning equipment.

Control cabinet maintenance, including general cleaning and maintenance, replacing filter cloth (500 hours), replacing measuring system battery (7000 hours), replacing computer fan unit, servo fan unit (50000 hours), checking cooler (monthly). The maintenance time interval depends mainly on the environmental conditions, as well as the number and temperature of the robot's running time. Regularly check the heat dissipation of the controller, make sure that the controller is not covered by plastic or other materials, there are enough gaps around the controller and keep away from the heat source. There is no pile up on the top of the controller, the cooling fan works normally, and there is no blockage in the inlet and outlet of the fan. The cooler circuit is generally a maintenance free closed system. It is required to regularly inspect and clean all the components of the external air loop as required. When the humidity is large, it is necessary to check whether the drainage is regularly drained.

For the industrial robot body, it is mainly the cleaning and checking of the industrial manipulator, the lubrication of the reducer, and the axle brake test of the manipulator.

(1) the base and arm of industrial manipulator always need to be cleaned regularly. If solvents are used, we should avoid using strong solvents such as acetone or high pressure cleaning equipment, but we should avoid spraying directly to the manipulator. In order to prevent static electricity, you can't use a dry cloth to wipe. A hollow wrist, if necessary, is cleaned as needed, to avoid accumulation of dust and particles. After cleaning and cleaning with no fuzz cloth, a small amount of Vaseline or similar substances can be added to the wrist surface to facilitate subsequent cleaning.

(2) industrial manipulator tests include checking whether the bolts are loose, sliding filament phenomenon; easy to loose parts from strength is normal; the transmission is complete, operating system security protection, insurance device is flexible and reliable; inspection equipment has no corrosion, touch smashing, pull and oil leakage, water, electricity and other phenomena the ground around, clean, neat, no oil, and other debris; check lubrication, and regularly add lubricating oil in qualitative and quantitative.

(3) industrial robot's axle braking test is to determine whether the brake works normally, because during the operation, every axle motor brake will wear normally, so we must test it. The testing methods are as follows: A. operates the manipulator axis to the corresponding position, the total weight and load of the manipulator reach the maximum value (the maximum static load), the B. motor is cut off, and the C. checks whether all axes are in situ. If the motor does not change the position when the motor is out of power, the brake torque is sufficient. It can also move the manipulator to check the need for further protection. When the mobile robot is urgent to stop, the brake will help stop, so it may be worn out. Therefore, during the service life of the machine, repeated tests are needed to test the ability of the machine to maintain its original capacity.
